Have been going to this eatery for more than 30 years, under multiple managements. The facility could use updating but is a comfy casual environment. The staff has always been very nice and eager to please. The food is good at a fair price. They have an all you can eat salad bar and very good soups. My parents took us there once a year when I was young and now everytime my family and I are in the area we stop in. Hopefully my children will bring their children here in years to come.

I'm not sure how they are still in business. The first time we ate there was for breakfast. I ordered eggs with corned beef hash. It was not ediable. The eggs were rubber, had a hard time cutting with a butter knife and the corned beef hash was straight out of a can. Even thought they promote special prices for breakfast, no thank you. We went back another time, give it another chance, maybe it was an off day....NO. we went for lunch. I ordered a burger, which was a small hockey puck. The bum and lettuce, which is all I could eat were fine. Sorry to say it was not good there both times.

Took way to long for food.. then my dad didnt get his meal until everyone already ate. Hashbrowns wernt cooked.. Easter breakfast gone wrong. Never going back again

Best little Diner in the area!! It's a must stop! The owner doesn't act like an owner. Je comes to your table and after a few minutes it's like we've been knowing each other for years. The whole family felt relaxed and enjoyed our late breakfast! The waitress was a bit overworked because of staff shortage but made our visit very pleasant. Oh, and the food was out of this world!! I had lump crab meat w/poached eggs over grits with hollandaise sauce. A first for me but definitely worth ordering! If we're ever in the area, or if we're just passing through on the parkway, we will DEFINITELY be stopping here again.Thank you sir, to you and your staff for a wonderful experience!!!

The appearance may leave much to be desired, yet the food and service was far more than expected. The prices are fantastic. This is a BYOB establishment.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. The food was horrific, waited over an hour for it, and the bill was astronomical. The only good thing was the friendly young man who was our waiter.

The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was very nice.

Never really been fond of this place after it was changed from Penny's, but I tried to take advantage of the kids eat for free Halloween special. First we waited over an hour for our food, secondly the food was absolutely not worth the wait or cash. I took one bite out of my steak an that was it. Sneaky that the kids meals were free but you only had 4 choices to choose from and their drinks weren't free. So ended up paying for 3 adults $75. Which is bull. Will never go again, the food and decor is like they don't care about the place at all. Gordon Ramsay would not be happy.

Had the Prime Rib Special, was very good. She had the Salmon which she enjoyed also. Friendly Staff. Home style cooked meals... Will go back again. Thank You!

I'm a local. JT's is our go to restaurant. Pasta always done perfectly. Seafood always fresh. Great soups. And...always a good value.

Great breakfast and lunch spot! Home cooked flavors, well made. Check the specials menu, this is where the treasures are showcased. Menus items are consistently well made.

Great food, super people, it's like being at home. Don't let the look of the exterior steer you away, you won't be disappointed with the food and the staff. Best soups in the area. We love the place. All the servers are wonderful but if Stephanie is working, we always ask for her. Owners John & Theresa are special people and will make sure you enjoy your visit.

Food is terrible and rubbery. Wait staff is atrocious and rushes you as soon as the food gets there. Tried going 3 different times and will not go back.

The food is awesome! The tuna melt was the best I've had in years! The employees are really nice! Like the one guy said in his review, give them your money now!! It will make your tummy happy! Lol

We absolutely love this place. They have great food and very friendly employees. It's a nice and comfy place to eat for a quick bite or a nice meal.

Well first off this was our first visit, and right away something I noticed was the servers being very personable but laid back. They knew everyone that was in the restaurant pretty much like they were regulars and the guest as well treated everyone around them the same way. Awesome staff. The food we ordered was good. I had corned beef hash with eggs, my son (19 months) had scrambled eggs, and my wife a vegetarian had a veggie wrap. Everything was tasty, the only criticism was that my wife wished there was a sauce on the wrap but she said it was fresh tasting. Very good restaurant in town, I would say it is a nice family restaraunt/diner.

Good food early bird specials are great prices but they did change the menu that you only get one side order with your entree.

Service is phenomenal. Food is good. The place could use some serious updates, but over all clean.

This is a very old school diner-like restaurant. (The specials are written on an index card.) The food and value are good. The night we went was Prime Rib night and the dinner included soup or salad, entree, two sides, and dessert for a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and you'll enjoy your trip there.
